Effective July 2, 2026
This policy describes what information Springdale, LLC, doing business as Springdale Robotics ("we", "us"), collects when you visit springdalerobotics.com or buy something from us, and what we do with it. The short version: we run no ads, no analytics, and no tracking cookies. We collect information only when you contact us or place an order, and we use it only to reply to you and to fulfill your order.
Information you give us
- Contacting us. The site has no contact forms or account signup. If you email, text, or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send (typically your name, contact details, and your message) and use it to respond.
- Placing an order. Checkout is handled by Stripe. When you complete a purchase we receive your name, email address, and shipping address so we can build and ship your order. Your payment card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
- Our own server sets no cookies and keeps no visitor analytics.
- The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses to route and protect traffic (Cloudflare's privacy policy).
- Some pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare). Your browser requests those files directly, which shares your IP address and browser details with those services.
- The SuperSeat support page embeds an installation video from YouTube. Loading that page lets YouTube (Google) set cookies and collect viewing data per the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use and share information
We use order information to fulfill and support your purchase, and contact information to reply to you. We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements. We do not sell or rent personal information, run marketing lists, or share information with anyone except the service providers named above and where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records tied to completed sales for tax and accounting purposes). Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site sells electrical hardware and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Questions: [email protected] — Springdale, LLC (DBA Springdale Robotics), Greeley, CO, USA.
