Terms of Sale & Use

These terms cover your use of springdalerobotics.com and any purchase from Springdale, LLC, doing business as Springdale Robotics ("we", "us"), a Colorado limited liability company based in Greeley, Colorado, USA. 1. Ordering and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we confirm it — if a listing contains an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel and refund the order before shipment. Prices are in US dollars. We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Shipping

Orders are assembled in Greeley, CO and typically ship within 2–3 weeks. If we can't ship within the stated window, we'll notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Returns and refunds

You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Once shipped, all sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not working, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Return shipping is at your cost; we cover the shipping on the repaired or replacement item.
Nothing here limits remedies you're entitled to under applicable law.

4. Safety — read before installing

The SuperSeat Kit connects to mains electricity (90–264 VAC) and involves user-fabricated wiring.

Installation must be performed by an adult who is competent working with electrical wiring, with all power sources disconnected, following the installation guide. Incorrect wiring can cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the seat. If you are not comfortable doing this work, have a qualified person install it — or order a fully assembled custom build instead.

Modifying a vehicle seat is at your own risk and may affect the seat's original manufacturer warranty. The SuperSeat is intended for stationary, indoor use as office furniture — it is not certified for use in a vehicle.

5. Warranty disclaimer

THE SUPERSEAT KIT IS SOLD AS IS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE DEFECTIVE-ON-ARRIVAL REMEDY IN SECTION 3, AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY STATE.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM INSTALLATION CONTRARY TO THE INSTALLATION GUIDE OR SECTION 4. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Trademarks

Tesla and related model names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Springdale Robotics is an independent company. Our products are aftermarket accessories and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

8. Website content

Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Case studies describe past work; outcomes vary by project.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both sides may use small-claims court where eligible.
